Awful packaging. No protection and poor customer service when trying to deal with them.

Funko finally bring exclusives to the UK and Europe so we can pay normal prices and avoid flippers. Really pleased with my last few orders

Trust me when I say not to use this shop if you want the product to arrive in good condition. I’ve ordered a lot from them and about 75% of my orders have turned up broken or smashed. They sadly couldn’t care less about improving their service, as it’s been this way since day 1.
Money first, customer satisfaction further back than last.
Where do I even start with why I hate funkoeurope.com so much? They ship their orders so poorly, nearly everything from them arrives damaged. So then you have to go through their awful customer services. I've only ever once had an issue actually resolved. With the ludacris prices that they charge, especially for their exclsuives, you'd think they'd be able to use some of that extra money to make sure it's well shipped and looked after - nope! They're just greedy! I also cannot believe how awful communication is from them too! It took them over 3 months just to update us on their plans for the ECCC exclusives for example, and when they finally did release them, they used a failure of a lottery system and still kept them at their stupid high prices! I can also guarentee they will not respond to this review because it's negative, yet if you look through all their positive reviews, you'll find they are the only ones they actually bother to respond to - which just goes to show what cowards they are!
All in all, don't bother buying from these cheapskates who can't run a website to save their own lives!
Great Customer Service
I had an issue regarding two POPs I ordered which were slightly damaged despite their amazing packaging efforts; although they looked as if they were damaged before they were packed. I explained my Situation to the customer service, and they sent me replacements for both POPs which arrived 3 days later.
Furthermore, I am very happy with the service provided by Sarooj.

I recently purchased an exclusive item and of course entered the wrong address. I emailed them after and contacted Loungefly through all their platforms. (IG, Facebook, Twitter) i got a response back from their IG account that they will help me as soon as they can.
I received an email from Saroojan from support. He managed to change my address to the correct one right before my order was processed. I could not be happier! Thank you Saroojan!

I found their website user friendly and easy to search. I found the item I wanted with no problems. Only issue I had was with delivery. Not company's problem, but informed them or my package being delivered to wrong address, and refusal of delivery company to get it back and deliver to me. Customer service got back to me within the hour and refunded my money for postage. Absolute great customer service. Would highly recommend this company! Definitely shopping from them again!
